7 Disember 2009 , Tutong - Gabungan Jabatan Daerah dan Majlis Belia Daerah Tutong telah mengadakan Karnival Daerah Tutong yang PESAKA yang diwakili oleh Kelab Kebudayaan PESAKA telah dijemput untuk sama-sama membuat persembahan di Majlis Pembukaan satu Kampong Satu Produk dan juga dijemput untuk membuat persembahan Majlis makan Malam dan penutup sempena Karnival Daerah Tutong. Tetamu Kehormat Pengawai Daerah Tutong Awg Hj Md Ali bin Hj Md Idris dan Isteri.
